Custom orders are available. Complete the special order form and submit it to hello@earthenardor.com to schedule a private consultation. The customized product may cost more due to ingredient substitutions and extra labor.

Yes. Submit a special order form and we will contact you within 2-5 business days to work out the details. Depending on the size of the order, there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit to cover the cost of ingredients.

This depends on ingredient availability, labor time, and the process for making the products. For most, if the ingredients are already in stock, it would only only take a few days. But for items like cold-processed soaps, it could take 6-8 weeks due to the curing process . We appreciate your understanding and patience and will provide an estimate when you order.

Shipping is free for orders $35 or more in the US only.

Yes. The shipping and handling will be based on international rates. Duties and taxes will vary by country.

An email/text confirmation will be sent out with a tracking number shortly after the purchase is shipped.

It will take 2-3 business days to process the order and 3-5 days on average to be delivered in the US. Delivery time will vary based on the carrier’s process. If you live outside the US, shipping length will vary. We truly appreciate your patience during this process.

Mistakes do happen. If you entered the wrong address and realize it right away, please contact me at hello@earthenardor.com or call 407-505-6576 to leave me a detailed message. Once it is shipped, you will be required to pay any extra fees needed to reroute the delivery.

Due to the personal nature of these products we cannot accept returns. If a product arrives broken on delivery, follow the return/replacement process listed below.

If a product arrives broken on delivery, fill out the return/replace request form, including photo evidence of damage. Inspect your products as soon as you receive them and file for a replacement or refund immediately. Photographic evidence of the damage will need to be supplied.
